We were tasked with creating a strategic product plan to help Backcountry bring a multi-tiered and multi-brand product plan to life. By building on the authenticity of backcountry.com’s outdoor ecommerce platform and extremely loyal cutomer base, SIDFACTOR delivered the inaugural collection of Backcountry apparel. Starting from the ground up, SIDFACTOR was responsible for crafting a strategy, designing, developing, and sourcing for one of the most anticipated new brands to enter the outdoor space. Going up against some of the biggest outdoor brands in the business, we worked to create a completely unique and fresh take on what an outdoor brand could be. Elevated through innovative materials, sophisticated color palettes, and progressive design, Backcountry apparel delivered unexpected value and highly innovative designs to their customer base.
