Founded in 2001, SIDFACTOR began its journey working to streamline the product design process and offer innovative solutions for world class brands. For 20+ years we have been building comprehensive product solutions for our clients. We are built like a brand; our swat team of strategists, designers, developers, and supply chain managers have done it all. We build complete product solutions through our proven process of strategize, design, develop, supply, and our clients range from small nimble startups to some of the largest fortune 100 companies.
Located on Pearl St. in Boulder CO, we are situated to take in all the sights, sounds, and inspiration relating to the outdoor industry. In our studio, we work on deliverables ranging from creating new brand strategies, to implementing full brand ecosystems, to designing the packaging each product arrives in, and everything in between. With these strategies and products in hand, leading brands are situated to propel beyond their current boundaries.

Eric Lyon
Principal / CEO
Eric has 30+ years of experience in various consumer product markets, having worked in a wide range of capacities within brands like Spyder, Adidas, and Solomon before establishing SIDFACTOR in 2001. As CEO, Eric is involved in all aspects of the agency including the management of brand relationships and strategic assortment planning, as well as global development and sourcing efforts. You can find Eric leading the charge on SID MTB mornings.
Jason Olden
Principal / CPO
Jason co founded SIDFACTOR with Eric in 2001 to fulfill their desire to work both strategically and creatively with world class brands and retailers. Previously, Jason managed the advanced product team at The North Face and ran Reef’s global men’s footwear business. Jason brings his insights in strategy, design, development, and sourcing to major client engagements. Jason is a product of Colorado culture, global travel, and the fun hog mindset.
Grant Dupré
Director of Product Design
Grant is our fearless leader in all things design. A seasoned outdoor industry professional, he can be found leading the design and creative teams at SID and designing award winning gear, all with a soundtrack of the Grateful Dead in the background. Grant started his career at SIDFACTOR 18 years ago, and we’re lucky that he’s stuck around ever since. When he’s not working on new products you can find Grant on his mountain bike or skis.
Evi Hewitt
Director of Product Development
Evi is SIDFACTOR’s secret weapon for all things development. As our director of product development, she is the one who makes the things our designers dream up into a reality. She has a ton of knowledge after being at SID for 8 years and managing nearly every project we take on. Born and raised in CO, Evi knows her way around a ranch and can be found on hikes with her extremely handsome pup.
Jessica Boyer
Senior Product Developer
Jessica is a passionate product developer with a diverse background in the apparel industry. Being a senior product developer means she gets to guide our designers and clients through the development process and transform their ideas into tangible products. When she’s outside of the studio, Jessica is enjoying all things outdoors and keeping her eyes on the horizon learning to fly planes.
Ben Lotte
Senior Product Designer
Boulder’s own home-grown prodigy, Ben started with SIDFACTOR at the ripe age of 15. As a senior designer, Ben manages projects and cranks out a ton of gear spanning genders and activities. He has led successful collections for big box and specialty brands, designing everything from bags to prints. Ben can be found chasing powder and riding bikes year round in the mountains outside our front door.
Nora Wornhoff
Product Designer
Dubbed the “resident color expert,” Nora brings a high energy approach to the design process. As a product designer with a fashion background, she knows the apparel design process inside and out. Nora interned with SIDFACTOR throughout college and joined the team full time in 2021. When she isn’t at the studio Nora is on a run or learning to fish and snowboard, all to the sweet melodies of Taylor Swift.
Sam Graziano
Product Designer
Truly embodying midwestern hospitality at SIDFACTOR is Sam. As a product designer, Sam will guide a project from kickoff to market ready products with a ton of insight and creativity. Sam rejoined SIDFACTOR in 2021 after completing internships with us throughout college. The resident cold brew connoisseur, Sam enjoys absurd amounts of caffeine at the studio while being a bank of knowledge on workwear, European soccer, and nature.
Owen Clark
Product Designer
Owen found his way to SIDFACTOR in 2022 and has spent his time designing a ton of gear for various clients ever since. Coming from a background in industrial design, Owen brings a methodology-centric point of view to SIDFACTOR’s product design process. When he isn’t making friends at the skatepark, he educates the studio on all things west coast while making a dent in our snack basket.
